Three Easy, Healthy Fish Recipes

Fish is one of the healthiest, tastiest, and easiest foods to prepare. It’s rich in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and minerals. That’s why seafood dishes are a popular choice in diets for weight loss or muscle gain.

We’ve prepared three examples of Healthy Fish Recipesthat you could include in your diet.

Salmon Recipes

Salmon stands out not only for its distinctive pink color, but also for its wonderful taste. Omega-3 fatty acids it contains reduce the risk of heart attacks and play an important role in maintaining good heart health.

Despite these benefits, eating salmon frequently may increase your body fat. For this reason, we recommend eating it no more than twice a week when following a weight-loss diet. If your goal is to gain muscle, strength, and endurance, however, you can include it more often in your meal plan.

Tuna salad

Tuna is exceptionally rich in protein. It’s no coincidence that it features prominently in the meal plans of many people who exercise regularly.

One of the most popular salads in Bulgaria is green salad with cucumber. However, it contains no protein, which is so important for our bodies. How can we change that?

It’s easy! Just add 100–150 grams of tuna in its own sauce or 100 grams of smoked salmon to your salad.
