Pulse CrossRX

Pulse CrossRX is a program designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Participants perform a variety of functional movements, bodyweight exercises, cardio, and gymnastics to achieve a complex workout. Led by experienced trainers, Pulse CrossRX offers a comprehensive and motivating workout that allows exercisers of all levels to challenge themselves and progress toward their goals. With an emphasis on functional movements and varied workouts, CrossRX not only improves physical fitness, but also promotes a deeper understanding of the body’s capabilities.
