Spinning

Spinning is a cardio workout performed on specially adapted static equipment (spinners) that simulate cycling. During the session, participants go through different phases of exertion, typical of this type of sport – sprint, marathon, uphill and downhill. Spinning sessions are conducted under the supervision of a certified trainer who sets the pace and determines the choreography, taking into account the physical fitness of the group. The workout begins with a short warm-up, goes through a more intense main part and ends with a lighter load to return the participants' heart rate to normal values.

Group Spinning classes increase endurance and muscle strength in the lower body. They also work the abs, shoulders, and triceps. This makes it a great exercise for burning fat and maintaining excellent physical shape.
