Cross Training

Cross Training is the perfect combination of training programs. Participants in this group activity perform exercises typical of athletics, gymnastics, weightlifting and even water sports simultaneously, within one session. The techniques are extremely diverse. Among them are squats, lunges, running, jumps and arches, push-ups and sit-ups. Usually, the exercises are performed with the help of equipment to further increase the load on all muscle groups. Kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, barbells, pull-up bars, parallel bars, step platforms - these sports accessories are an indispensable part of Cross Training training. In this way, the trainees improve their overall physical shape.

The workouts are highly intense, most often without breaks, thus training the mental endurance of the participants.
