Meet Pulse

Pulse is not just a gym or a regular spa complex.
Pulse are the only lifestyle clubs of their kind in our country - places where, together with our club members, we realize our common vision of a fulfilling life. What is it? To achieve change, health, personal balance and satisfaction through sport in a convenient and accessible way, saving time and unnecessary effort, but without compromising the rhythm of the big city. Dynamic and purposeful, not by force or boredom, but together, through fun and at your own pace. Each object in the chain has a unique interior design, prepared with attention to the smallest detail with the assistance of a company Pro Design Interiors.

At Pulse, we believe that we should enjoy life to the fullest, and a healthy lifestyle allows us to lead longer, happier, and more balanced lives.

Vision

Our vision is to change the face of sports in our country. For us, this is not an activity reserved only for the most dedicated, but a part of modern life for which everyone can find the will and strength.

Time spent on Pulse is time spent taking care of yourself. It becomes a way of life because it is fun, rewarding, and meaningful.

The Lifestyle Club is both a haven from stress and a home where everyone can find support for their own goals and dreams. Maybe they are losing weight or getting stronger, eating right and meditating, or maybe just relaxing in the warm pool or chatting with a friend during a break from an intense group workout.

Your choice for development is inviolable. Our role is to do everything possible to make it easy and enjoyable.

Mission

Our mission is far from just being "the best", because we know that even the most successful athletes are eventually overtaken by others. Our clubs do not aim to be the most crowded, nor our training sessions the most grueling.

Our real goal is much simpler – to make more and more Bulgarians active. The sad statistics show that only 9% of Bulgarians exercise regularly, and the time they spend on active movement is no more than 2 hours a week.

We want to change exactly that.

To this end, we provide an unprecedented range of services for Sofia and Bulgaria - from full coverage of the capital with top-class clubs to training with the most qualified personal instructors and the largest variety of group activities in the country.

At the same time, we understand that even this may not be enough for people who have never played sports. That is why we offer everything a busy person could wish for – spa areas, swimming pools, solariums, specialized fitness restaurants, children's areas, sporting goods and nutritional supplement stores, free seminars and social events.

We believe that the only way to encourage more Bulgarians to exercise actively is not by depriving them of the daily comforts they are used to, but on the contrary, by providing them in their highest quality form - easy, fast and affordable.

History

Pulse was founded in 2012. It is the first fitness chain in Bulgaria built entirely on the principle of club membership. Club membership gives full and comprehensive access to all services – specialized cardio, strength and spa areas, group classes and training with a personal instructor. In addition, our members enjoy a number of extras outside the boundaries of the clubs, such as organized sports camps, personalized diets and discounts in the Pulse partner network.

Over the years, Pulse has made special efforts to modernize its facilities, providing the same first-class service, regardless of the location. The equipment, areas, rooms and services in each club are constantly updated, so that the experience of one club member is always equal to that of another. Each location bearing the Pulse name is built, equipped and furnished with the latest generation of materials, flooring, equipment and accessories, meeting the strictest standards in the industry worldwide. Every innovation in the field of fitness and healthy living in countries such as the USA, UK, Germany and the UAE is promptly introduced in our clubs. A large part of these innovations still have no analogue in the country, and some are even borrowed from fitness clubs in other developed countries around the world.
