Folklore dances

Group activities in folklore dances are the fruit of the wishes of our club members. Pulse Fitness & Spa created this cardio program to preserve and honor Bulgarian traditions, giving them a modern and functional look, suitable for our dynamic times.

Folk dance classes begin with a full-body warm-up. The choreography is extremely intense, which makes this type of program impossible without proper preparation of all muscle groups. Then the participants move on to practical study of the most popular Bulgarian folk dances. This includes the individual steps, movements and series. When the group is sufficiently familiar with them, they move on to performing previously prepared combinations, which are finally performed in the form of a completed composition.
