On 24.04, a long-term strategic partnership agreement was signed between MAX FIGHT and PULSE FITNESS&SPA. Our 2009 world champion and multiple medal winner at European, Balkan and international tournaments, Detelin Dalakliev, who manages the boxing matches for the promotion company, and Andon Atanasov, CEO of the Pulse Fitness&Spa chain, signed a collaboration plan to develop and support sports activities across various disciplines.
“I’m proud to be part of the team at MAX FIGHT, the largest production and management company in Bulgaria, which has been organizing professional combat sports competitions for over 10 years—not only here, but across Europe as well,” said Dalakliev. “As we have done until now, we will continue working to develop martial arts in our country, showcase Bulgarian fighters abroad, and welcome renowned international athletes to Bulgaria.”
Pulse Fitness&Spa is a key partner of the organization, as it supports the development of sport in all its forms and is driven by the mission of increasing physical activity among Bulgarians. The two organizations have set ambitious goals for the coming year, aiming to firmly put Bulgaria on the map as a source of some of the world’s most sought-after and successful combat sports athletes. Some of the companies’ planned activities also have a social responsibility focus.
MAX FIGHT tournaments are Bulgaria’s largest and longest-running championship, with its title belts being the most coveted prizes among professional fighters. To date, the MAX FIGHT team has held 41 professional tournaments across Bulgaria, in locations throughout the country. The tournaments have been hosted by Bulgaria’s largest cities: Sofia, Plovdiv, Burgas, Stara Zagora, Ruse, Sveti Vlas, Veliko Tarnovo, Haskovo, Kardzhali and Bansko. These tournaments have become traditions in their host cities. Mayors, politicians and prominent public figures and sports personalities are regular guests at the professional tournaments.
The full MAX FIGHT events calendar for the next 12 months is now available, and Pulse Fitness will be part of organizing every upcoming championship.
In just a few days, the 42nd tournament will take place in Sofia. On 3.05.2019, spectacular fights in MMA, K1 and Boxing are expected at the Marinela Hotel.
