Entering the club, hygiene measures, available facilities and types of training
- How will entry to the club work? Will I have to wait?
Our gyms are impressively large, with areas of up to 5,000 sq. m. This means they can accommodate the same number of people who trained here before the current situation. In light of the measures in place, we don’t expect anyone to have to wait for space. If a wait is necessary, the turnstile at the club entrance will not allow anyone in while the capacity limit is reached. Within 5–10 minutes, someone will leave and the next person can enter. Our club members shouldn’t need to worry.
- Do I need to bring my own towel, or can I get one there?
You must bring your own towel and clean training shoes.
- Are the changing-room showers, spa areas and tanning beds open?
The changing-room showers and tanning beds are open. The spa areas at our locations are currently closed. We’ll post an update when they reopen.
- Are group classes, personal training and Miha Bodytec sessions available?
Group classes start on 25.05. For the latest schedules, please visit https://timetable.pulsefit.bg/ . Personal training sessions will be held in line with all security and safety measures, with no direct physical contact between the trainer and client. Miha Bodytec sessions are currently unavailable.
- Are the gyms ventilated?
Our gyms are equipped with state-of-the-art climate control systems. The filters in the ventilation and air-conditioning systems are cleaned several times a day.
Club membership and compensation
- What will my monthly fee be given the changes to the club’s opening hours and operating capacity?
All club members will pay a reduced fee of 49 BGN/month until our clubs return to normal operations. This is the minimum price for our services given the current situation and our operating capacity.
- I have a prepaid card. What compensation will I receive?
We plan to compensate all clients who have prepaid for their cards. Compensation will be provided as an additional 15 days free on their cards.
- I have a day pass. What compensation will I receive?
Day passes are a preferential type of card. They were purchased under special conditions, so we cannot offer any additional compensation.
- I have already paid for March, but I haven’t worked out. When will this payment be taken into account?
If you paid your membership fee in March, your next payment will be due after your first visit to the club. If there is a difference in the number of days covered by your March payment, those days will be added to the end of your membership. This way, we ensure you can make use of every day you have paid for.
- I want to freeze my card until things return to normal. What should I do?
All memberships will remain frozen until either you decide to visit us or our clubs return to 100% of their normal operating schedule. This measure is intended to give you the freedom to decide if and when you would like to start visiting us again.
- Have the club’s opening hours changed?
Yes. Until our locations fully return to normal operations, our opening hours will be: Monday–Friday: 07:00–21:30, Saturday–Sunday: 09:00–21:30. Pulse Fitness & Spa Sveti Vlas opening hours: Monday–Sunday: 09:00–21:00.
