The Himalayan salt sauna is heated to 40 °C, with the air in it is dry and saturated with negative ions. The interior is made of wood in order to preserve and soften the heat in the room. High temperature improves the access of blood to all parts of the body, and the ions in the air relax the muscles and relax the cramps. Like other thermotherapy facilities, the Himalayan sauna also acts detoxifying and anti-stressing the body. The difference with classic saunas is in the salt particles that help in the regulation and treatment of skin and respiratory diseases because of its high content of useful minerals such as calcium, magnesium and iodine.
