What is Yoga Fit training?
YogaFit is a program that includes gymnastics and classical yoga practice, exercises for weight loss and reducing body fat, selected yoga asanas for increasing and properly flowing vital energy, arranged in the correct sequence - from the first to the seventh chakra.
After we open our body to the energy of the universe, calm the mind, move the blood through the veins, relieve stiffness in the back, limbs, and waist, focus our consciousness, and increase concentration - we continue with fitness exercises to burn body fat.
Who is it suitable for?
The fitness program is suitable for beginners and regular practitioners. It includes aerobic weight loss exercises - exercise bike, rowing machine, treadmill, cross trainer, stepper, etc. Your yoga instructor will tell you which equipment, for how long and at what intensity you will train.
