Spinning is a cardio exercise performed on specially adapted static devices (spinners) simulating biking. During the training session, the participants in this group activity undergo different loading phases, typical of this type of sport – sprint, marathon, climb and downhill. Spinning activities are conducted under the supervision of a certified coach, who sets the pace and chooses the choreography, taking into account the physical fitness of the group. The workout begins with a short warm up, passes through a more intense main part and ends with a lighter load to return the heart rate of the participants in normal values.

Group Spinning activities increase endurance and muscle strength in the lower body. In addition, stomach, shoulders and triceps are loaded. This makes it an appropriate exercise for melting excess fat and maintaining an excellent physical shape.
