Mobility is the activity guaranteed to improve flexibility, fitness and overall body mobility. Over the course of an hour, participants engage in a series of carefully selected exercises that aim to stretch, strengthen and increase range of motion in key areas of the body.

The workout is designed to be suitable for both beginners and advanced, challenging everyone to work within their own capabilities but also to seek progress in their skills. The atmosphere is supportive and motivating, with the coach leading the group with enthusiasm and attention to detail, making sure every movement is performed safely and efficiently.
