B-Pump is a fitness program with elements of aerobics and strength exercises with weights. It resembles a classic fitness workout, but in a compressed and much more intense look. Lightweight rods, dumbbells, own weight and wide step platforms are used to perform cardio and power exercises at high speeds under the rhythm of vivid music.

During group activity you will face many of the exercises you have done in the club. Squats with a lever or dumbbell, lifting a lever from a bedchair, lunges with extra weight – the advantage here is that you do it with more people around you who are at your physical level and skills.
