Instructions for Using the Entrance Door and Access Control

Day Mode:

Please do not touch the entrance door button when entering or exiting the club – it is contactless and activates when you bring your hand close to it.

Night Mode:

Access to and from the club is available only through the Pulse Club mobile app, which unlocks the door for entry or exit.

Please follow these steps:

1. Open the Pulse Club mobile app.

2. On the home screen, tap the key icon in the bottom right corner.

3. Two options will appear – select “Scan QR Code”.

4. Double-tap the touch display on the device next to the door to activate the screen. Then point your phone’s camera at the QR code displayed and wait for access confirmation.

 

⚠️ In the following situations, please follow the steps below:

If a problem occurs, please call the contact number: +359897031994.
In case of an emergency – please use the emergency exit of the facility.

Unable to unlock a locker:
→ Make sure you are using the correct card.
→ Hold the card close to the sensor on the lock.
→ If the locker does not unlock, try the other nearby lockers.

Emergency situation (fire, smoke, flooding):
→ Stay calm.
→ Leave the facility immediately.
→ Follow the emergency exit signs.
